Naturalicious works hard to provide high-quality, plant-based products at affordable prices.

We sell personal care products. Once they have left our facility, we cannot verify their safety, and because of this, we cannot accept them back.

For those reasons, we do not offer returns or refunds.

As a result, we can only accept exchanges on our products if they are sealed, unopened and unused. 

For all exchanges, customers are responsible for the shipping of the returned item(s) back to us, as well as the shipping of the exchanged item from Naturalicious back to the customer. 

We ask that you contact us prior to purchasing to ensure you are comfortable with the product you're interested in. Again, we do not offer returns or refunds.

NOTE: This policy applies to purchases made on We are not affiliated with or responsible for the return policy of other retailers, including those online and offline. Any items you wish to return that were not purchased via must be returned to the retailer from which you originally purchased them. Any questions about another retailer's return policy should be directed to the retailer from where you originally purchased. We are unable to accept returns from other retailers and the return policy found at will not be applicable to items purchased from other retailers.
