Please know the health and safety of our customers and employees is our top priority. We are all feeling the impact of COVID-19 and our supply chain, including our production team, fulfillment center and carriers are no exception. Collectively, we are continuing to do all we can, with safety top of mind, to get your orders out as quickly as possible.

We want to give you a heads up though that due to the evolving situation, delays are very likely. Our excellent customer service is available via email concierge@naturalicious.net and will do everything we can to assist (with the details we have available).

FREE SHIPPING OVER $75 WITHIN THE U.S.A.

We know. It's a sweet deal.  

All orders shipping to a United States address receive free shipping when your shopping cart equals $75 or more, after any applicable discounts. 

WHILE WE HAVEN'T MASTERED THE ART OF INSTANT GRATIFICATION, WE HAVE MASTERED THE ART OF SWIFT SHIPPING

Please allow 4-5 business days for order processing. Once your order has been processed,  it will be shipped via USPS, FedEx, DHL or UPS. Once your order has completed processing, shipping times will begin. When placing your order, please account for the aforementioned processing times, in additional to any federally recognized holidays and/or weekends. 

Free Insurance and Free Delivery Confirmation are included with each shipped package. Once shipped, delivery of U.S. package(s) should occur within 3-5 business days, depending on the shipping service level you select.

AND YES, WE SHIP WORLDWIDE. THERE'S NOT A COUNTRY ON THE GLOBE WE DON'T SHIP TO

International package(s) take 3-4 business days to process. Shipping times are subject to the country the order is going to. International orders aren't eligible for free shipping at this time.

Customer is responsible for any customs fees instituted by their country. Customs fees are not charged by or sent to Naturalicious, and we have no insight into the cost of the customs fees that may be charged upon order arrival into any country. For any questions related to international customs fees, please reach out to your local appropriate government entity.

Shipping times are an estimate & may be subject to delays on the part of the courier. Naturalicious is not responsible for delayed shipping on the part of the courier and is unable to provide full or partial refunds for shipping that is due to an error or delay on the courier's part.

Incorrect Shipping Address Policy

1). The purchaser is responsible for providing the correct mailing address. Before finalizing your order, be certain your shipping address is correct. 

2). We are not responsible for goods delivered to the wrong address input at the time of ordering. 

3). If you happen to notice that you entered the wrong address, you can email us at concierge@naturalicious.net with the correct shipping address before your shipping label is created. 

4). Once your shipping label is created, we will not be responsible for the incorrect address & the subsequent delivery.

Returned to Sender Policy

1). If a package is returned to Naturalicious due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by a customer, or if USPS required the customer to be home at the time of delivery and the customer was not home for delivery, the customer will be responsible for the cost of Naturalicious to reship the package back to them, as well as, any additional delivery cost.

2). Naturalicious is not responsible for packages delivered incorrectly or lost due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by a customer.

3). No refunds will be provided if any part of the address is incorrect.

Damaged, Lost or Stolen Package Policy

If your package is lost or stolen, we are so sorry to hear that! Please see below:

1). We provide free shipping insurance, via Route Insurance, on all orders placed through our website. This insurance will replace your order in the event of loss, theft or damage in transit. Just file a claim and your products will be replaced, at no additional cost to you! 
 
2). To file a claim quickly and easily, just click here (or click this link: https://help.route.com/hc/en-us). You will need your Route Order ID, which you can find in the email you received from Route after placing your order on our site. (If you don't see it, search your inbox for an email from support@routeapp.io and it should pop up.) If you still don't see an email, you can use your Order Number as the Route Order ID.

Your Order ID can be found right below the blue "File Claim" button, which you can also click to file your claim. Just follow the prompts and they'll take care of everything. It's super easy and fast.
