It taste great and it is easy to use. It dissolves easily in water or juice.

I like that the product dissolves and has a good taste, but it has a grittiness that needs to be worked on.

I just started using this product, so I haven't seen any results yet, but I am hopeful it will help with hair growth, clearer skin & stronger nails.

The powder dissolves easily in juice and does not have an overwhelming aftertaste.

I know this product is not specified for this, but I noticed a change in my menstrual flow after using this daily. My flow had gotten heavier over the years and after ruling out other medical issues it was chalked up to the early stages of menapause. However, it must have had a nutritional connection as well. Once adding this supplement to my diet I noticed a lack a change within 2 weeks, and sustained change 28 days later. I am also observing slight changes in my appetite as I feel satisfied throughout the day. Again, I believe this to be attributed to my nutritional deficit, and my body telling me to eat more because it wanted more vitamins. Last change to note is what was being diagnosed as, "hormonal" acne has also regulated and I am not having multiple blemishes popping up on my skin anymore allowing my skin to heal and past acne scars are starting to fade. Nutrition is everything, and I obviously had a deficit. So glad I trusted my gut and added it to my routine.

On day 4 with these greens and I'm feeling amazing! I just realized I was feeling like I needed a nap every day by 3pm. I thought I just needed a vacation, but turns out I needed more greens

Good Morning! My Naturalicious greens and collagen in 8 oz of simply oj, my daily water intake for the day. Each FIJI, is a liter (4 cups). So, 2 is 8 cups (64 oz). My water bottle holds 16 oz (2 cups). Will take my bottles to work to refill. Sometimes I add True Lemon, to my water. Great sub when you don’t have lemons. But, I love true lemon. It’s just crystalized lemons into a powder. I cook with it too by adding to my homemade seasoning blend. It ONLY contain lemon no artificial sweeteners or sodium. Which is safe. One packet is equivalent to one lemon wedge. Sometimes I infuse with real lemon slices and frozen blueberries that I freeze. Lemon and blueberries pair well together. Healthy blend lemons contain soluble dietary fiber and vitamin c and blueberries contain antioxidants. So it’s 3 ways to consume water plain, true lemon or infused with lemon and blueberries. You can infuse using what you like. Just like with smoothies in don’t like to add veggies. I eat enough green veggies and other veggies that’s not green. And I consume my Naturalicious greens. For my smoothies my fave blend is strawberries, blueberries, banana, pineapple, splash oj and lil honey. I buy fresh fruit then freeze it. Frozen fruit blend better without adding ice and it’s not frothy. For a healthy snack me and my 10 yr old daughter eat kale chips. I give her a bag instead of chips in her lunch. She eat chips still here and there. Kale chips are another way to get your greens in while consuming the above mentioned. Very good. Have a great day everyone.
