Subscription Policy
We love keeping your wash days stress-free! When you subscribe to your favorite Naturalicious products, you’re signing up for automatic deliveries—so you never run out of what your curls love most. Your card will be charged automatically based on the delivery schedule you choose (every 30, 60, or 90 days).
Your subscription renews automatically unless you cancel it—no surprises, just convenience.
Billing & Payments
Your payment method will be charged automatically on the date of each renewal.
Prices and discounts associated with subscriptions are subject to change without advance notice.
By subscribing, you authorize recurring payments using the payment method on file until you cancel.
Cancelling or Updating Your Subscription
You can cancel, pause, skip, or change your subscription anytime by logging into your Naturalicious account.
To avoid being charged for your next shipment, please make changes at least three (3) business days before your next billing date.
Once an order has been processed, it can’t be canceled or refunded.
Returns & Refunds
Because subscription orders are automatically processed, we’re unable to accept returns or issue refunds once an order has shipped.
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, email us at [insert support email] within 7 days of delivery, and our team will make it right.
Failed Payments
If your payment doesn’t go through, no worries—we’ll try again within 48 hours. If it still doesn’t work, your subscription may be paused until your payment info is updated.
Keeping Your Info Fresh
Make sure your billing, shipping, and contact info are up to date. Naturalicious can’t be responsible for missed shipments or billing issues caused by outdated information.
