I used on my damaged hair it came out cause I forgot I had put a curly kit in and scatched my head can you please tell me what to do now I’m 67 and now almost bald I need help

I have 4C hair my hair is short so with the naturalicious system it only takes me about 15 minutes to do my wash day and I love my results I’ve been doing a lot of protective styling with wigs and crochet but I can’t wait until the summer so I can rock my natural coils.
